Active Ingredients per Tablet:
L-Carnitine 150 mg
L-Arginine 100 mg
Gymnema Sylvestre Extract 80 mg
Cayenne 10 mg
Iodine (from Potassium Iodide) 75 mcg
Chromium (from Chromium Picolinate) 60 mcg

Inactive Ingredients: Beef Gelatin, Beef Liver Powder, Cellulose, Silica and Stearic Acid.

Directions for Use:
Up to 20 lbs. 1/2 tablet twice daily
21 to 40 lbs. 1 tablet twice daily
41 to 80 lbs. 2 tablets twice daily
Over 81 lbs. 3 tablets twice daily
