This Refund & Return Policy describes how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled for purchases made through VitaSpringSunday.

VitaSpringSunday is an online retail store operated by HSL Health Inc., a U.S.-based company providing vitamins, nutritional supplements, natural health products, and wellness items from various brands.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The product must be in the same condition as received
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

For health and safety reasons, opened or used supplements and consumable products cannot be returned.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used supplements, vitamins, or consumable products
  • Perishable products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage

3. Return Authorization

Before sending any item back, customers must contact our support team to request a Return Authorization

Returns must be shipped to the address provided by our support team after return authorization.  This prevents policy loopholes.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

4. Restocking Fee

Certain approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

6. Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

After approval, refunds are processed within 2–3 business days, but it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging

We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

8. Refusal of Returns

If the returned item does not meet the eligibility requirements, the return may be declined and the item may be returned to the customer.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Please contact our support team as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.

10. Exchanges

At this time, VitaSpringSunday does not offer product exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please place a new order through our website. If your original order qualifies under our return policy, you may request a refund in accordance with the conditions outlined above.

Items returned without prior authorization or outside of the return eligibility requirements may not be accepted.
