This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and shipped when you purchase from VitaSpringSunday.

VitaSpringSunday is an online retail store operated by HSL Health Inc., a U.S.-based company providing vitamins, supplements, natural health products, and wellness items from a variety of brands. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

Order Cut-Off Time: 10:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (PST)

  • Orders placed before 10:00 AM PST will begin processing the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 10:00 AM PST will be processed the next business day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order processing typically takes 2-3 business days after payment has been successfully completed.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

2. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Time

We ship orders using major carriers such as USPS or UPS, depending on the destination and package size.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

4–7 business days (Economy Shipping)

2–3 business days (Expedited Shipping, if available at checkout)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, holidays, or high shipping volumes.

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to customers within the United States.

International shipping may be available only if it is shown during checkout.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Free shipping promotions apply to eligible orders within the contiguous United States only.

A $9.99 flat shipping fee may apply to Military addresses (APO/FPO), U.S. Territories, and certain non-contiguous U.S. locations, including Puerto Rico (PR), Guam (GU), U.S. Virgin Islands (VI), Hawaii (HI), and Alaska (AK) address.

Unless otherwise stated, free shipping promotions cannot be combined with other coupon codes, discounts, or promotional offers. Only one promotional offer may be applied per order.

Shipping rates and promotional eligibility are determined at checkout and may change without prior notice.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier processes the shipment.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We may attempt to correct the address before shipment if notified promptly.
  • If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for address correction or reshipment.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number.

If further assistance is needed, please contact our support team.

VitaSpringSunday is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damaged package and product.

We will review the issue and provide a replacement or appropriate resolution when applicable.

9. Out of Stock Items

In rare cases, inventory discrepancies may occur.

If an item becomes out of stock after purchase, we will notify you by email and offer one of the following options:

  • A full refund
  • An alternative product
  • Shipment once the item becomes available, if you choose to wait

10. Order Changes or Cancellation

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to cancel or modify the order.
