Lactobacillus acidophilus (Strain LA-1) - 10 billion
Lactobacillus paracasei (Strain LPC-37) - 5 billion
Lactobacillus rhamnosus (Strain LR-32) - 2 billion
Bifidobacterium lactis (Strain BL-04) - 10 billion
Bifidobacterium lactis (Strain Bi-07) - 3 billion

Directions:
Standard Program: One capsule daily for 2 weeks followed by two capsules per week thereafter.
