Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take 1 L-Theanine Vcaps 1 to 3 times daily as needed, preferably on an empty stomach.

Free of: sugar, salt, yeast, wheat, gluten, milk, soy, corn, egg or preservatives.
Other Ingredients: Cellulose (capsule), Rice Flour, Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source) and Silica.
