Directions:
Take 1 Multi-Fiber tablet in the morning and 1 tablet in the evening, increasing your intake by tablet every other day until you achieve 2 to 3 bowel movements per day. Do not exceed 6 tablets twice per day. Drink 8 to 10 glass of water per day.
